This is where I will list links and information for Ork players.

[WOD] Austin By Night- Session 13 (as Eile, sort of)

A snapshot of what I know happened. No quote as I really wasn't involved much. I was waiting for a couple things to resolve and wound up spending much of the night out of scenes.

Werewolf stuff to my knowledge:

a) Ed has made a few blanket statements. Avere, Coyote Joe, Memento all have full access to the house. TK and Terrance have some access to the house, with his involvement/permission required. Eile is not allowed in the house, ever. (And his emphasis on *ever* was really strong.)

b) Another Irraka was added to the pack.. I only know sketchiest of details on this.

c) Avere and Coyote Joe were announced (through Cahalith calling) to be allies of the pack. Any harm that comes to them will be met with retribution. (I am pretty sure the harm has to come from Uratha related sources, but not sure. It might be ANY harm.)

d) January is fasting month to honor Brother Dreamcatcher's ban. No hoarding of food/essence, just enough to keep alive. IE you can't draw from the locus, you only get back what you gain from sleep. (I am not sure what else there might be, this is what I know I heard the ST saying.)

e) Mutual non-aggression agreement with Memento (might not be new)

f) Bruce is on the 'watch list' (from what I understand. I heard this early on in the night, it might have changed after other things happened). If he is seen in territory wearing silver- take him down. If he is seen in territory without, bring him to Ed.

g) Challenge made (through Cahalith calling) to Alpha of Blood Talons pack by Alpha of Omen pack. (I am pretty sure the wording was:  The Alpha of Omega pack issues a challenge to the Alpha of Blood Talons pack. If you don't respond, we know what your colors are.)

h) This one I only heard snippets on, but marking of expanded territory and/or into Blood Talons territory (?) began.

Other things:

--Reece (new player, Vampire) and Waco both check (separately) with Eile to see how TK is doing. She is very tight lipped and refuses to let either of them see him. Reece indicates that TK is somehow under investigation and tries to intimidate Eile into letting him talk to TK. Eile is steadfast and refuses to divulge any information or allow a visit.

-- TK and Avere had a long dream sequence that caused TK to regain consciousness and come back to reality. Unfortunately, I didn't get to talk to TK's player before he left for the night to resolve a plot there.

--At beginning of "down time" (time outside of game- which our ST uses EXTENSIVELY), Terrance went to the Hedge on his own. He wound up in trouble and unconscious, on the outskirts of town. He has been out of touch for 2 weeks due to this predicament.
-Terrance woke in a hospital. He was in and out of consciousness, but he remembers being operated on, hearing Bruce's voice describing Avere's Seeming to someone out of eyeshot, being strapped and cuffed to a metal chair, and having stitches in his upper shoulder and along his spine.

--Terrance returns to the Hedge Row, where a very concerned Eile tries to find out what happened to him. He relates his general tale to her and asks her if the two of them should involve the Omen pack (due to history of Raaf seeming interest in helping Terrance). Eile decides this might be a good idea for reasons of her own (specifically trying to get Bruce dead).

--Eile sends Raaf a text message, saying they need to talk ASAP.

--Raaf calls back, and says he won't talk unless someone is in danger. When Eile relates that she believes Terrance is in danger, he gives Eile directions to the Tur, but says to wait until he calls back to do anything.

--Raaf calls back and wants to bring Ed along to talk but not at the Tur. Eile and Terrance agree and meet them on the street in front of the Omen pack house.

--Ed makes it plain Eile is not to come any closer to the house than where they are standing. The group talks and discusses the whole situation with Terrance. Terrance is most upset that another member of the "family" (Avere) has been threatened and someone who does not need information regarding the Lost has a LOT of detail. It is agreed that Omen pack will talk to Bruce and get back to Terrance with a resolution. Terrance agrees but indicates that if he doesn't like the resolution he may have his own.

[As all this is happening, Eile is standing in a protective fashion in front of Terrance, who is twice her size and three times as tough. Ed and Raaf both notice and say something, which Eile ignores.]

--Omen pack talk to Bruce. Bruce's player makes a colossally funny slip of the tongue trying to talk himself out of being beaten to death by Ed's hammer, which may have saved his character's life.

--Terrance and Avere talk again. Terrance tells of his adventures in the Hedge and learns you can show your seeming. He advises Avere that someone has seen her and she says she knows, it was ok- she showed someone (and indicates who with Avere-speak). Terrance lets her know someone OTHER than who she thinks she showed knows. He won't tell her who unless she promises to let him deal with it, which she won't do. They leave the conversation at an impasse.

--Terrance, Eile, Waco and Reece all at bar. Memento, Calin (new Mage) also present. At some point Bruce comes in and proceeds to get trashed. Terrance stalks and sulks. Bruce leaves as do Memento and Calin. Tensions lower.
-Terrance and Eile enter into a somewhat veiled conversation about what to do regarding Bruce, as he has been "let go" by the Omen pack. Reece and Waco are both present for this conversation, which discusses potentially killing Bruce, eating him, or leading him into the Hedge. BOTH Terrance and Eile make their clarity rolls for this outright plan to behave like The Others, and continue it. Eile does try to warn Terrance that maybe Waco shouldn't hear what they are saying, but Terrance misinterprets all of her warnings as encouragements. Reece leaves because he has no idea what is going on.

I know quite a bunch of other things happened, but I am not sure what any of that was.

[WOD] Austin by Night- Session 12 as Eile

There's not enough room in this world for my pain
Signals crossed and love gets lost and time passed makes it plain
Of all my demon spirits I need you the most-
Indigo Girls, Ghost

-- Terrance and Avere go into the Hedge together. When Terrance returns, there's a marked difference in his attitude towards Avere which leaves Eile feeling more than a little threatened.

-- Eile enters her first pledge.

--Ed, the previous Omen pack Alpha, returns from a mission in Chicago. He takes back his position as Alpha in the pack.

--Eile works at The Hedge Row and talks with Waco. He tells her of the fight from last session between the Werewolves and the Ghosts and Abomination/Dog Spirit and his pack.  Waco specifically uses the word "werewolves" in regard to the Omen pack.

--Reece, a new person to town, comes into the bar. He wants to talk to Bruce. Eile calls Bruce, who shows up and talks with Reece.

--Eile calls Raaf & she, Raaf and Terrance set the terms for Terrance to be a sponsored fighter at the Tur's fight pit. They go to the Omen pack's house. Eile discovers David is no longer Alpha, and she meets Ed. Eile flirts with David and in a backwards way, Ed. David rudely rejects Eile, which Eile takes in stride- she's learned something very valuable in the conversation.

Raaf is downstairs with Terrance, trying to determine what talents Terrance has so that he can help make sure the fights are fair. Raaf is suddenly surprised and the pack becomes very defensive. Raaf mentally lets them know he's fine, and things continue.

-- Some members of the group (Reece, Waco, Axel, Memento, Giovanni, possibly others) are involved in a mystery/plot involving the sewers. TK is found there, dying. Memento rushes TK back to the Omen pack's house, as TK is a friend of the pack. memento ALSO has a book, written in Latin, that he insists is essential to helping with the problem, However, Memento does not read or understand Latin.
- Eile stays at the Omen pack house with TK for a very personal reason.
-Eile overhears a comment that TK and Frank have been separated from each other. Eile knows this is BAD news- while she does not understand what it is that Frank is, she knows that TK has said they can't exist without each other.
-Axel, Raaf and Memento do everything in their power to recconect TK and Frank. There's some very strange Wuji going on involving a coin, which has tethers (invisible ones, btw) connected to Frank. Raaf suggests calling a death spirit (!) which makes Memento lose concentration on the spell he had going on the coin.
-Memento gets the spel lgoing again, and pulls the coin (with effort) over TK's body. He then pulls the tethers away and destroys the coin. The tethers sink back into TK's body, and Frank and TK appear to be connected again.
-Eile is emotionally stunned by the goings on for a variety of reasons. Memento's obvious desire for the coin and frestration with Raaf snap her into a full Glamour state. Memento then introduces himself to Eile in a very specific and unusual fashion, which feeds Eile a hint of what he desires overall.
-Memento then leaves BUT WAIT, there's more.

As all of this is going on, the spokesman for the Black Talon pack has made himself visible across the street from the Omen pack home. He's there to negotiate, but Ed, Ke, Ginger and David all head to deal with it. Terrance asks if Ed needs help, and Raaf says yes. Terrance heads up to the fron of the house. Eile follows for a moment and watches but realizes it's just a territory discussion and heads back to TK. The negotiations go on for a while and Eile and Terrance are separated so Terrance misses seeing TK being revived by Memento.

--Eile escorts TK back to the Hedge Row and gets him settled in his bed as he is still in a coma state. Terrance follows shortly after. They get into a long conversation where Eile admits wanting to face her fears and says she finally has something that makes her far less likely to run from her problems.

--The negotiations with the Black Talon pack involved taking out the Ghosts as a combined unit. The designated time and place occur, and the two groups take their respective places. Omen pack does some strategic planning to try to scout and have advantageous lines of sight etc.

[I only heard parts of this section as I was still deep in conversation with Terrance's player. Please forgive me if I missed something or left something important out.]

--Apparently without Omen pack's knowledge, Memento came along, but in another dimension specific either to Mages or to his FIELD of magic. [I can't remember what it's called, either.] He watched the proceedings until he felt his involvement was important, and then acted. He opened a hole between the dimensions and grabbed a member of the Ghost pack, drug him into the portal, shot him a couple times, and then used Death magic to hide the cause of death. He then threw the Ghost out of the portal.
- The Omen pack saw a black nebulus open, with writing shadow tentacles grabbing the Ghost member, hear a couple noises and saw muzzle flashes, and the Ghost coming back out onto the roof of the building where he was grabbed.
-The other Ghost was somehow dispatched, and it involved his Locus in some way, but I missed this part for sure.

--Eile visited Raaf & Ed. She showed them her true seeming.

--Eile later visited Memento and offered her thanks for his assistance with TK. He rebuffs outright debt. Eile decides she likes him and offers to be on the lookout for whatever it is he regrets having lost.

There were at least 2 other scenes I know of that happened, but don't know who they involved or their results- I'm trying to get better, but what I hear all depends on where I am physically located in the building during the game. Sorry, I can't be everywhere -- YET.

I've decided to post the cataloged list of what I got for Christmas. i truly debated about it for reasons of my own...I'm not bragging, I'm trying to be organized. There are not any points attached (I am working on that), but I thought this might be easier than saying "no, I don't have that".

I hope my system makes sense... and AntiPope, I was wrong. I DO have side sponson heavy bolters for the Predator. I just forgot. It's easy to do- I didn't assemble any of this, so it's not as personal to me as it could be.

[40K] Entering the fray

If all goes well, I'll be joining in the gameplay next week at the local FLGS. The scheduled league format is an escalation league, using some alternate battle/deployment scenarios.

The league starts at 750 points. I'm making both a BT and SW list, with hopes on deciding, soon.

I actually have TWO BT lists, and only one SW one. Why? Mostly because I don't understand SW and how they work together. Plus, they're expensive.

As always- suggestions, comments on bad math or obvious rules violation concerns always welcome.

BT List #1
HQ: Chaplain, Master of Sanctity- 110

-attached Terminator Command Squad
1- Sergeant, Storm Bolter, power weapon, Furious Charge, Crusader Seals--45pts
1- Cyclone Missile launcher, Furious Charge, Crusader Seals-- 70pts
1-Chainfist, Furious Charge, Crusader Seals -- 50pts
1- Assault Cannon, Furious Charge, Crusader Seals -- 65pts
(squad total 230)

Troops Slot 1
7-  Initiates --112pts
5- Neophytes-- 50pts

Troops Slot 2

7- Initiates -112pts
3-Neophytes- 30pts

--Dedicated Transport-
Rhino with dozer blades, Hunter Killer Missile, Smoke Launcher, SearchLight, Power of the Machine Spirit --104 pts

Total 748

Advantages: I have all these models.
Disadvantages: Almost no CC, which is the "point" of BT, to me.

BT List #2

HQ: Chaplain, Master of Sanctity -110 pts

Elite: Terminator Assault Squad, Furious Charge, Crusader Seals- 225pts

Troop Slot 1
7-Initiates--112 pts
5- Neophytes--50pts

Troop Slot 2
7 Initiates--112 pts
3 Neophytes-- 30 pts

Dedicated Transport--
Rhino, Dozer blades, Hunter Killer Missile, Smoke Launcher, SearchLight, Power of the Machine Spirit--
104 pts

Total 743

Advantages: Much more CC/ "in your face", which is why I LIKE BT.
Disadvantages: Out of all those 25 terminators, absolutely no Assault guys. No TWC, No TH or Storm Shields anywhere. I'd either have to hope for "counts as", or do some trading.

SW List

HQ:Logan Grimnar -275pts (yes, I'm crazy)

Fast Attack: Skyclaw Assault Pack
1x plasma pistol, MotW
4 x bolter, CCW Total 120 pts

Troop Slot 1

3 Wolf Guard, Terminator Armor
2x power fist
1x chainfist, 1 MotW-- Total 149pts

Troop Slot 2
3 Wolf Guard, Terminator Armor
3xPower fist --Total 93pts

Heavy support:
Predator, TLLC- Total, 105pts

Total: 742 points

Advantages: I have all the models. I know what they look like (this is a HUGE plus for me as I am STILL learning what all came in the bags.) I would learn something about most rules that confuse me (Jumpers #1 on the list). I would have some serious shoot/assault options.

Disadvantages: It doesn't have any real cohesive feel, and I can't figure out any situations that would cause an instakill with this list.

So thanks for any comments... and now I have to see how a real game goes...

[HS6E] Hawaii Action- Session 10 & 11

Why does it feel
Like the sun is just burned out
-Sevendust, Burned Out

The roof, the roof is on fire -Bloodhound Gang, The Roof Is on Fire

Last we checked on the Beach Brigade,  they were waiting for the "Old Man" to call them to let them know the trinket to open the door would be ready.

So the gentleman calls Lisa/Diamond the NEXT DAY (after saying it would be a week, despite Jumpshot trying to negotiate for faster time).

This surprised all the players as we were counting on a week so Jumpshot could regenerate body damage taken during the fight with the jetsuit dudes at the parking lot a couple runs back. It's not a week, so he has not regenerated and is down body at the moment.

So the phone call happens and Lisa/Diamond calls everyone and they all arrive at Legends of the East to find out what to do. Paiyun Fo instructs Lisa how to use the charm that will open the door to the dragon road. The charm is a shirt of 'Nani's, which is to be held something akin to a divining rod, and it supposedly will "pull" in the direction of where 'Nani is being held.

He warns us that the "key" is essentially one way- it only opens the way IN. We have to figure out our own way out, and the guy we believe is holding 'Nani is likely to be a tricky guy with backup escape routes figured out.

The group all heads off to the mountain immediately near where the Porsche had been found. Lisa leads the way with the shirt in her hand, and as soon as she steps on the weird wavy line, a translucent road appears. The Ultras step onto the road, and they are in a completely different universe.

Think of those walk through aquariums- the big tubes under water that let you look into the tank as you travel around. That's kind of the impression I got from the GM's description; except the stuff surrounding the group wasn't water, it was lights and colors. Different colors streaked past like contrails of illumination, other roads were visible, and the entire thing was very, very surreal.  Various other paths wandered around but they all seemed to converge vaguely "UP" from the group, and the nexus was an intense, blinding light.

We follow the road we're on, and it too heads towards the really bright nexus, and as we're going along, a "hornet's nest" kind of pod becomes visible under the nexus. The token leads us to the nest/pod, which has three "roads" coming off of it- the large one we are following, and two smaller ones on other sides.

We get to what we believe is the door of the pod, and Lisa attempts to open it. It's the first thing to actively hurt her in a while, which surprises her.She tries again with the same result. Lisa's just stubborn, and tries yet again and gets zapped by the door again. She turns it over to Jumpshot or Steel Warrior (not sure which) and it finally opens after a couple more tries. (It was a magic door, and did damage to anyone without the special defense trying to open it.)

We get inside and it's the GM's take on a dungeon, which is different and fun. ( I forgot my camera- I really wanted to show off the awesome terrain and layout he had set up.) On the far side of the room is a middle aged Japanese guy dressed in a robe and weird capri like pants, doing something near a cauldron. There's a set of bookcases and an altar type thing, with 'Nani hanging by her arms in chains inside the vestibule area of the altar.

As the Ultras step through the door, the older "Mage" guy seems surprised at our arrival. He makes vaguely threatening noises about "we won't get out alive" and then starts chanting.

Lisa/Diamond heads straight for the altar, where 'Nani is chained. The rest of the Ultras follow behind her, coming out of a narrow doorway into a much deeper, bigger room. The group generally splits into left side and right side of the cavern/dungeon area, with Lisa in the middle.

The group trades blows with the "Mage" guy as he is shooting bolts at them and so on,  while Jumpshot makes a directed effort to block off one of the exits. Due to this approach and the general layout of the room, Jumpshot ends up fairly close to the "Mage" and gets hit with at least a blast or two. Steel Warrior starts accosting the "Mage" verbally, and then a curious thing happens.

The Mage transforms into a Demon type entity. The Demon throws around a blast or two, and then he teleports away to the other side of the cavern, close to a different exit. Syphon decides to give him a BIG hug, and drains some of his abilities. Jerry Riggs takes a few shots at him with his weird bulletless gun (it uses CHI, not bullets), and Freestyle is trying to assist as well.

The battle between the "Mage/Demon" rages on, with Steel Warrior, Jumpshot, Jerry Riggs and Syphon getting their licks in as Lisa/Diamond completely ignores the combat in an effort to reach 'Nani. She finally gets to the vestibule, and discovers that her lady love is suspended above the ground, and so Lisa has to find a way to reach the chains. Lisa begins demolishing a ruined wall to get pieces of rubble to stand on.

The fight continues, and Jerry Riggs realizes that he isn't doing a lot of damage to the Demon Dude, so he heads over towards Lisa to see if he can help free 'Nani from the chains.

Lisa and Jerry cooperate to try to get 'Nani loose while the rest of the Ultras continue to battle the Demon, who has now changed back to a Mage. There are two chains, which go up to an opening at the "roof" of this cavern type place,  and Jerry cuts one with a chi-sword. As he cuts it, the chain retracts up into the hole/opening, and a "clink, clink, clink" and a rumbling noise is heard.

Lisa looks up to see what could be going on, and the roof above her begins to glow a dull, angry red and the room gets VERY warm. Lisa quickly remembers that all the "Dragon Roads" met at a nexus- the caldera of a volcano. She then deduces that this cavern/magical universe is directly below the caldera, and realizes that the Ultras are in SERIOUS danger.

Lisa catches 'Nani and yells across the room to Freestyle. As much as she doesn't like his mind link, she asks him to turn it on. She relays the information that the roof is about to cave in, with hot lava to follow, and the Ultras start doing their best to get out of the area.

As the chain breaks, the Mage teleports away from the major fracas on the right side of the room and jumps into the “rabbit hole” at the back end on the left side, taking the door with him. Jumpshot has been guarding this door, so he's on the left side.

The Ultras start pouring out of the cavern as fast as they can, and the roof continues to threaten to cave in, allowing a stream of lava to enter the cavern. Molten rocks start dropping from the ceiling, and the Ultras make way for an exit on the FAR side of the cavern.

The group gets split up as the lava falls and expands faster than they're able to wait for each other. There's a group very near the door they came in from, and two others (Syphon and Jumpshot) are in the middle of the room. Both Syphon and Jumpshot have been doing everything possible to assist the Ultras in getting out of danger, and they've gotten stuck behind.

Syphon decides to use herself as a human "umbrella" and holds open a "curtain" of lava that is falling from the ceiling so that Jumpshot can get through the divide between them and to a door. Jumpshot insists that he has another way out (a door on the other side of the room) and convinces Syphon to leave. She doesn't like it, but as she's getting out of the collapsing room, she sees Jumpshot heading through the other door.

The larger group heads back onto the Dragon Road, sans Jumpshot. End Session 10.

Session 11 opens with us on the Dragon Road- 'Nani is unconscious, Syphon is severely burned, and Jumpshot is separated from us. Freestyle and Jerry Riggs see him on a different road fairly quickly, and we figure out how to get to him and head that way.

We follow the Dragon Road we are on up towards the Nexus, and around to the road he is on. As we are moving along the outer ring/platform surrounding the nexus, we clearly see a person sized pocket or shadow in the bright light. We get onto the road Jumpshot traveled to, and we get him picked up. He is surprisingly not burned anymore- he appears to have healed all of his physical injuries, but is still unconscious. Freestyle uses telekinesis to help carry Jumpshot along the road, and we follow it to what we believe will be the exit.

Both Freestyle and Jumpshot start to notice small imperfections in the road and catch glimpses or scents of the outside world through these "vents". The road is also narrowing, and appears to drop off dramatically very soon. Jerry Riggs and Steel Warrior deduce that this might be the best place to exit into "reality", and set about to find a way to open a door.

Jerry has this wuji sword that is made of chi rather than metal, and he uses it to "cut" a hole in the space in front of us, hoping to make a doorway. It takes some work, but the sword slices through and he starts to drag downwards, trying to make a seam. While he is doing this, Steel Warrior is trying to manipulate the chi around the opening to help loosen it or make the opening wider. This goes on for a little, and Syphon decides to drain the area around the opening. This weakens the slit and Jerry makes a large rip. Steel Warrior pulls it open kind of like parting a curtain, and we all exit the Dragon Road.

We come out onto the driftwood beach where we fought the fishmen many runs back. As we look behind us, we notice that the opening is still obvious, and Steel Warrior has little "shreds" of reality in his hands from where he "tore" the fabric between the worlds. We decide that someone should guard the opening so that no one wanders into it, and Steel Warrior stays there to help with this effort.

A quick call is made to Paiyun Fo to find out what to do about the hole. It's discovered that it will heal on its own, but it is undetermined how long it will take. Agent Williams is also called, asking if he can help cordon off the area since we may need a rest from guarding the ragged door.

Diamond takes Syphon, Jumpshot, 'Nani and Freestyle down to a boardwalk after having called for an ambulance. Jerry Riggs flies off to his lab to get a device that he's been working on that can help with healing.

Freestyle heads off to the army base to check on Williams and the ambulances arrive. Lisa loads Jumpshot and Syphon onto ambulances to go to the hospital, declines sending 'Nani, and the EMT dispatches out descriptions of who he's taking along as he's doing triage.

Diamond calls Jumpshot's family, and lets them know Jumpshot is on the way to the hospital. She lets them know she will meet them there.

Diamond walks to the hospital, carrying 'Nani. She's decided to go ahead and admit 'Nani after all, and as she arrives Syphon flies in, carrying JumpShot. Though a mind link, we discover that Syphon was attacked by ACME agents, and she managed to escape.

Freestyle arrives on the scene after getting Agent Williams over to the beach, and discovers that the ambulance is missing. He backtracks and finds it along the road, tipped on its side. The driver is buckled in the front seat, but in bad shape. The passenger isn't immediately visible, but as Freestyle goes around the back of the vehicle to assess the damage, he finds a trickle of some kind of fluid. Further examination leads him to believe it's blood, and that the EMT is under the "bus".

Freestyle calls for another ambulance, and they and police arrive on the scene. They question Freestyle pretty extensively about his mask and identity, but eventually agree to let him go. The EMTs are dispatched to the hospital (and morgue) and  Freestyle takes off.

Diamond arranged for Syphon to stay with Jerry in his lab (The Pineapple) as it appears to be the safest location available. ACME has found her several times in multiple locations, so the thought process is to get her settled somewhere unknown. She & Jerry head off to the underwater location.

She also got 'Nani and Jumpshot admitted and lodged together in the hospital, and awaited the arrival of  Jumpshot's family.

If there's more than this, I don't remember it- I think we called it a night at this point. End Session 11.

[Weekly Whimsy] Breaking News

I was dreamin when I wrote this,
forgive me if it goes astray.... Prince

I stayed out late last night, gaming. Went to bed at 3am with a shot of Nyquil because I'm STILL coughing from when I was sick 3 weeks ago.

Folks, I work at a newspaper, in the delivery/customer service department.

The presses broke down. Sunday papers are still pretty big around here, and the presses were down for HOURS. Papers were late getting out to carriers, and so delivery was going to be late. I got a call at 6 am, asking me to come into work to help with the phone calls. I was one of 8 folks there, taking calls as fast as we could

I had the beginnings of something in my head last night when I went to bed.

Between Nyquil, lack of sleep, personally taking 100-200 phone calls over a 3 hour period, and dispatching messengers out to assist/relieve carriers, I don't remember what the idea was.

Well, I sort of do, but it doesn't make sense.  Dethtron's repeated attempts to get me drugged up or otherwise mentally incapacitated may have finally worked... but I'm not sure I want to share what's in my head.

I don't think I can come up with anything FUNNY about vampires, waves and bombs all together... Maybe if it was boobs, I could.

I told you it didn't make sense...

I hope I can come back later after some rest with something real.
